Manager mode in the app
Venue staff using the guest app to work, not to go out.
The guest app has a manager mode. Staff sign in with their own account and get a working view of the venue on their phone, without opening a laptop.
What it is good for
Checking bookings on the move, during service, away from the desk. It is not a replacement for the admin panel — the floor plan work and the setup screens live there.
Which venue
A member of staff attached to more than one venue picks which one they are working.
