What a guest actually does with the Spotly app, in order. Show this to a venue owner on your own phone — it does more than any slide.
What the guest does · In the app
- Discover. Home shows what is on — trending, picking up speed, just announced, venues nearby. A separate Discover tab is a full-screen swipe feed of nights.
- Choose. An event page: poster, lineup, times, age policy, what is for sale.
- Select. Tickets by tier and quantity, or a date, party size and arrival time for a table — and, at most venues, a table chosen from a plan of the room.
- Pay. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Carry. The booking is in My Passes, upcoming events first, with its QR code.
- Arrive. The door scans it.

Important notes
A link to a Spotly event does not open the app — there are no universal links yet, so a shared link opens the website. The website is fully functional, so nothing is lost, but do not claim links deep-link into the app.
