The floor plan will not save

The editor refuses to save, or the change does not appear to guests.

Beach capacity

A beach layout will not save when the sunbeds placed do not match the licensed capacity recorded for that beach. Deliberate — the number is a legal one. Either place the right number or get the recorded capacity corrected.

Three layouts already

A venue can keep three. A fourth needs one deleted first.

"It saved but guests still see the old plan"

The new layout is not active. Exactly one layout is live, and a new one is not automatically it. This is the most common version of this complaint and it is not a bug.
