An event shows the wrong day or time

Dates and times in Spotly currently assume a Macedonian timezone. For a venue in Germany or Denmark that can display the wrong day, usually shifted by one.
Important notes
This is a real, known limitation and it is being worked on. It is not a setting the venue can change and it is not something you can fix in the panel.
If it happens: tell the venue plainly that it is known, that their data is correct underneath, and escalate it. Do not improvise an explanation, and do not tell them to change the event date to compensate — that corrupts the record.
What to check first
Make sure it really is this and not simply a wrong date entered. Compare what the panel shows the venue against what a guest sees — a mismatch between the two points at the timezone problem; a matching-but-wrong date is a typo.
