Payments in the panel
What the venue's payments page shows, and which orders it deliberately leaves out.
The venue's money: totals at the top, and the list of orders behind them.
It shows settled orders only
The list covers paid, refunded and partially refunded orders. Failed cards, abandoned checkouts and cancelled orders are excluded on purpose, so the list and the totals describe the same set of orders.
Partially refunded orders are included deliberately — the guest really was charged, and only part came back.
Where the payout information lives
Not here. Balances and payouts are in the venue's own Stripe dashboard, which is linked from settings. See Payouts.
