The list, the filters and the decision screen.
Every booking the venue has, filtered and searchable, with the detail needed to accept or decline one.
How the list behaves
- Forward-looking by default — today and ahead, because that is what a venue is working on.
- Filter by status — pending, confirmed, declined, cancelled.
- Search by guest name, email or phone.
- Paginate in pages of 50, 100 or 200.
The detail view
Opens without leaving the list. Shows the party, the time, the note, any packages, the tables, and the guest's history at this venue — previous visits and staff notes.
From here: accept, decline, or assign a table.
Walk-ins
Staff can create a booking for someone who is standing in front of them, and edit it afterwards. See Walk-ins.
