Tickets and add-ons in the panel

Where tiers and packages are managed, and the one figure that misleads.

Works, with limits

This exists today, but the notes below change what you can promise.

Ticket tiers live on the event. Add-ons live in a venue-level catalogue and reach events through their scope.

Tickets

Per event: the tier rows, a live sales feed, record a door sale, comp tickets, and an edit sheet for each tier. Venues with an imported seat map also get reserved seating priced per section.

Add-ons

The venue's catalogue: name, description, image, category, price, stock, sales window, active and paused, and scope — which events, which tables, whether a reservation is required. Packages can also carry included admission.

Assigning packages to tables is done on the floor plan, by dragging.

Important notes

The add-on picker's stock line is currently misleading. It still prints "available · held · sold" in a way that predates bundled tickets no longer drawing down a tier's allocation. If a venue is reconciling numbers and they do not add up, this is a known display problem, not their maths.
