Beach umbrellas and boat tours
Two verticals that only apply to some venues, but are fully built.
Two venue types get their own product surface. Neither is a bolt-on — both are real and shipped.
Beach venues
A beach bar draws a plan of its beach — umbrellas and sunbeds instead of tables — and guests book an umbrella for a day or an evening, with extra sunbeds if they want them.
It behaves like table reservations throughout: a live beach view, assignment, scanning at the entrance.
Boat venues
A boat venue creates tours, and each tour generates departures from a recurring schedule — say Thursday and Saturday at 19:00. Spotly creates the upcoming departures automatically each night.
Tickets are sold per departure, so a guest buys a place on a specific sailing.
Important notes
These sections only appear for venues of the right type. A club will never see Beaches or Tours, and a beach bar will not see Tours. If a venue asks why they cannot find a feature you mentioned, check their venue type first.
Important notes
Saving a beach layout is refused when the sunbeds placed do not match the beach's licensed capacity. That is deliberate — the number is a legal one — but it surprises people.
