Packages and add-ons
Bottle service, platters and deals — the highest-value thing a club sells.
An add-on is something extra the venue sells: a bottle package, a food platter, an experience. It belongs to the venue, not to a single event, so it can be sold every night without being recreated.
Why a venue cares
For a club this is where the money is. A €40 ticket is a €40 ticket; a €600 table package is the night's margin. Spotly lets the venue sell it before the guest arrives.
How a package reaches a guest
Three scopes control where a package appears, and they are the thing to get right.
| Scope | Effect |
|---|---|
| Events | Empty means "at every event". Naming specific events limits it to those nights. |
| Tables | Empty means "buyable with or without a table". Naming tables means the package sits on those tables. |
| Requires a reservation | Must be bought alongside a table booking. |
Scoping a package to tables is how "this booth comes with two bottles" actually works. In the admin, packages are assigned to tables on the floor plan itself — drag the package onto the table.
What a package carries
Name, description, image, category, price, and what it includes. Stock can be limited or unlimited. It can have its own sales window and be paused. And it can include admission — see Packages that include admission.

Important notes
Two things to know before you demo this.
The "Includes…" line a guest sees comes from the bundled tickets, not from the "includes" list a venue types in. Filling that list in the admin produces no visible change in the app today.
There is no real bottle-service photography in Spotly. Of the packages that exist, almost none have a usable image. If you are demoing packages, bring your own picture or the checkout looks plain.
